post christmas pictures on blog before the month of february. check.
wow, i can't believe it is almost february. where did january go? i swear it was just december and we were home with family. so please forgive my extremely overdue post, i seem to have forgotten that no procrastination was one of my goals for the new year.
we were fortunate enough to go home to utah for the holidays and spend it with our families again this year. and as always, (besides the fact that i was sick almost the entire time) it was wonderful. it's weird to think that this was our 3rd christmas since living in arizona. time flies!
we were so spoiled and loved every minute of being with family! and also with friends! my one regret was not taking enough pictures, which is why it is another goal on my list. we had alot of family parties, including my mom's 50th birthday party which was a hit. we had it almost a month earlier than her actual birthday, so she was so surprised that we had a party for her the day after christmas! my dad planned it all and we decided to do it while everyone was home and all together for christmas.
we didn't do much else besides just hanging out since i was sick. kind of boring, but nice to relax and have nothing to do at the same time. getting sick every time we come home is becoming habit of mine. you can pretty much count on me getting sick whenever we come home. winter or summer, doesn't matter! i also got jeff sick. the only conclusion i have come to is that i'm finally able to relax when we come home and all the stress finally catches up with me. next time i will be pounding the air borne before we come home. sorry, i'm done with my rant for the day.

Couple things...you Skeen girls are gorgeous!! I love your blue and black striped sweater. I missed you guys on new years. I love that Jenna lined the balloons on you. That's so cute!! I can't wait to see you next break. :)
