1. is stylish in her clothing and her hair
2. has a good sense of humor
3. loves to shop and is good at it
4. is the only person i really like to go with (my favorite companion)
5. goes on motorcycle trips with dad and doug and barbara to jackson
6. loves gardening and is exceptionally great at it
7. is hip and has good taste
8. is really good at doing hair for dances and in general
9. has taught me to never judge others and their situation
10. is an excellent cook
11. stores chocolate chips in the refrigerator
12. hates bread (not sure i understand this one) and cold lunch meat
13. likes mrs. fields semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies
14. loves to mow the lawn
15. loves chips and salsa, especially from el matador
16. cheered at nojh and was a warriorette at whs
17. is a faithful member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints
18. is always serving others, especially her family
19. has some funny dance moves

22. loves to shop at gymboree for her grandkids

this is a small list of some things i love about you, mom. i could go on and on. i hate to admit this, but living away from home has made me more fully appreciate all that you have done for me and realize just how much i need you in my life. you have done so much for me and have always supported me. thank you for always being an example to me. you already know this, but sometimes i hate living far away from home, because then it means i'm so far away from you! i love and miss you so much and need to call more because then it doesn't feel like i never see you; it brightens my mood and makes my day run a little smoother. i'm so lucky to have a mom who is one of my very best friends that understands and loves me. i know you don't like this attention, but you deserve some whether you like it or not. you deserve to have a wonderful day on your birthday and i hope you do. you should be happy, because not every woman looks like you on their 50th birthday and that is something to celebrate! you are beautiful and don't look a day over 30! happy birthday mom! i love you so much!!
