halloween partay part 2

this is definitely one of my very favorite holidays. who doesn't love dressing up? it's the one time of year you can dress like an idiot and it's acceptable. forgive me, our costumes were a little on the lame side this year since they were last minute and didn't match, but i decided that it was halloween and not dressing up wasn't an option.

we didn't get a picture of everyone at the party and i'm still thinking about making jeff and kapri dress up again just so we can get their picture. they had the best costume hands down. they were dressed up as princess laya, han solo and their cute baby boy was yoda. also a close tie, were our friends nate and katie, pictured below. he was hugh hefner and she was a bunny. but not just any bunny, a pregnant bunny. haha! i thought it was hilarious. as you can see, we are just random: an old school basketball player (sportin' the fro) and a cat. and our friends in the middle, brett and rachel, were the cutest scarecrows.

now it's november and the holidays are right around the corner, crazy go nuts. time flies! but it just means the semester is almost over. yay!!! also with it being november, means election time, so everyone remember to vote tomorrow! i don't want to get into politics, but i'm just plain scared for our future. but i plan on getting out there and voting for who, i think, is the lesser of the two evils... AND yes on prop 102. it will be interesting to see what happens.
