this picture was supposed to be in my christmas pictures post, but didn't make it in. i just barely got these pictures from my sister. there is a soft spot in my heart for these pictures and they turned out so cute, so i had to post them.
this is my great grandpa julian. isn't he the cutest? he is 98 years old and sharp as a tack. we always visit him around the holidays and up until this year those visits were always at his home. recently he has been moved to an assisted living facility and it was hard for me to see him there because i know he has been in alot of pain. it was all i could do from holding back the tears when we said goodbye. i hate seeing loved ones get old. he is the sweetest, funniest grandpa and he always tells the funniest stories and makes us all laugh! i really am so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents.
