last saturday i was fortunate enough to spend some time with my best friend kathryn at one of her track meets at asu. she runs for byu and is very talented! i was thrilled when she called because i've never seen her compete at any college track meets, only high school. so this was a delightful little treat for me! i also love to watch track meets in general. i got to watch her in the 100 m hurdles, the 4x1 m relay, and high jump. these are only few of the many events she has competed in...she is a heptathlete. like i said, she is very talented and amazing:) not only did i get to watch her compete, but we also got to hang out and talk alot. it was some much needed girlfriend bonding time. then we topped off the night at in-n-out burger. mmm... it was just a short lil' visit, but so good! i'm so glad i was able to go down and see you kat! i miss you, come back soon:)

Hey, that looks like fun. Thanks for the update. I was actually just thinking about Kathryn the other day and wondering what she was up to. Last I remember, she was worried about going to BYU to run because she didn't want to get huge arms from working out. That was a fun summer at the Mill. :)
